Before leaving Koutsochero we were asked by Danish Refugee Council and Medicines du Monde if we could build a simple canopy to surround their permanent clinic. The canopy was built so that people using the mobile medical units that visit camp daily have a space to wait for their appointments protected from the elements be it rain or shine.

The simple timber skeleton is fixed with metal brackets to poured concrete bases. A simple aluminium roof covers the two wings that project from the permanent clinic. We hope this space can make the time spent waiting for appointments a little more comfortable.
