For this build we were joined by Freddie from CAPCO Adventure Play, who create incredible tree houses and play spaces throughout the UK. At Elpida Refugee Camp we were asked to build a play space that encourages imaginative play and so together with Freddie we designed and built Elpida Play Fort!

The fort is constructed of three main levels, two of which are wheelchair accessible via ramp access. A climbing wall takes children up onto the top tier with a bridge linking to the second. The fort is built around three existing trees on site and so it creates a beautiful play space that allows the children to play amongst the canopy as well as hide in the den under the main castle platform.
