The forth shop in the street is a children's shop. Here Refugee Support will offer children's clothing for boys and girls aged 0-15 years. Because of this wide demographic we were keen that the shop not be made too childish and so created a monochrome theme that focused on illustrations creating a room. A changing room was built with a feature lamp painted on its wall whose yellow glow spills out onto the floor. A rug was painted on the floor and a grandfather clock amongst many other household items illustrated on the walls. The finishing touches were a secret door within the fully sized adult door for children to go through and a fully automated window display in which a fox runs though a forest of pine trees both bringing a touch of magic to the children's space.
